How billing works, how to upgrade or downgrade, and how to cancel your subscription.

Upgrading to Pro

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  2. Click Upgrade to Pro
  3. Enter your payment details — we use Stripe for secure payment processing
  4. Your Pro features activate immediately

Billing Cycle

Pro is billed monthly. Your billing date is the day you first upgraded. You can see your next billing date in Dashboard → Billing.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription.

After cancellation, your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan — your data and session history are not deleted.

Refunds

If you have a billing issue or were charged unexpectedly, contact support@loqra.pro within 7 days of the charge. We handle refund requests case by case and aim to respond within 1 business day.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We do not store card details — all payment data is handled by Stripe.

VAT and Taxes

loqra is operated by Marvin Länger, a sole trader based in Germany (Kleinunternehmer — no VAT charged pursuant to § 19 UStG). No VAT is added to your subscription price.
